在国家全面数字化转型的战略背景下,档案机构正面临数字化转型的机遇和挑战.文章以文本分析的研究方法对美国国家档案与文件署的《战略计划2022-2026》进行总结与解析,从其战略规划中挖掘档案机构数字转型的关键信息.基于比较分析,文章提出我国档案机构的数字化转型可从四个方面予以深化:触类旁通,深化档案事业供给侧结构性改革;以人为本,强化以用户为中心服务理念;协同发展,完善数字时代档案机构的管理体制;优势互补,夯实复合型人才队伍建设.
Abstract
Under the background of national comprehensive digital transformation strategy,archival institutions are facing the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation.The paper uses the method of discourse analysis to summarize and analyze the Strategic Plan 2022-2026 of National Archives and Records Administration and mine the key information related to digital transformation of archival institutions from its strategic plan.Based on the comparative analysis,the paper proposes that the digital transformation of archival institutions of China be deepened from the following four aspects:comprehending by analogy and deepening supply-side reform of archival undertaking;staying people-oriented and strengthening the concept of customer-centered services;sticking to coordinated development and perfecting the management mechanism of archival institutions in the digital era;complementing each other's advantages and strengthening the construction of inter-disciplinary talent team.
