Adapting to the New Situation of"Fusion of Archives and Local Chronicles"to Cultivate Chinese-style Modem Archives and Local Chronicle Workers——Exploration and Analysis of the Reform of Introducing Local Chronicle Curricula into Archival Science
The integrated development of archives and local Chronicles is a major feature of the institutional reform of the national archival system,both of which are related to historical continuity and cultural inheritance,as well as current construction and future development.However,in practice,there are problems that archival work and local Chronicle work are so highly professional that it is difficult to integrate them in a short time,so a group of professionals with both archives and local chronicle backgrounds are urgently needed.Therefore,the curriculum system of archival science should be adjusted according to the development needs for"fusion of archives and local chronicles",and courses of local Chronicles,archives and history should be introduced into the professional curriculum system,in order to cultivate a group of Chinese-style modem archives and local chronicle workers who respect history,attach importance to historical materials,and have both the theory and working ability of archival science and local Chronicles.
