Building a Modem Archival Talent Team to Help Universities Develop Archival Undertaking
In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the grand blueprint is drawn for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and realizing the second centenary goal,which puts forward new requirements for the development of Chinese style modem university archival undertaking.Based on this,the paper first analyzes the characteristics of archives management in Chinese modem colleges and universities.Secondly,it discusses the necessary ability of archival talents in Chinese modern colleges and universities,and finally puts forward the way of building the archival talent team in Chinese modern colleges and universities.
