This paper studies the digital management of archives in children's welfare institutions.First,it defines digital management of archives as a process of using information technology to improve the utilization efficiency and security of archives.Second,it introduces the basic situation of archives management in children's welfare institutions.Then it analyzes the current problems and finally proposes countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the system security,updating the technical equipment,strengthening the training of management personnel,establishing and improving the digital archives management system,formulating relevant laws and regulations and strengthening the privacy protection mechanism,aiming to provide reference for the digital management of archives in children's welfare institutions.
