The single set management of electronic archives has become an inevitable trend in the development of archives informatization.Taking the electronic document archiving work of China Communications Construction Group as an example,this paper summarizes the difficulties and bottlenecks of electronic archiving,analyzes the technical route and management requirements of archiving realization,and studies how to realize the credible archiving of electronic documents in various business systems based on the universal archiving service platform,so as to provide a reference scheme for the development of single set management of electronic archives in the industry.
