Dilemma,Practical Exploration and Standardization Path of Digital Management of College Graduates Archives
Currently,the management of college graduates archives,especially the digital management,faces numerous dilemmas,including difficulties in implementing management responsibilities,standardizing archival materials,tracking the whereabouts of archives,and improving the level of digitization.To address these issues,Hunan province has proactively taken on the responsibility of managing college graduates archives by upgrading the province-level college graduates archives management service platform and vigorously promoting the digitization construction of college graduates archival resources.During the project implementation process,the province has established technical standards to ensure data standardization,strengthened process management to ensure data security,conducted comprehensive scanning to ensure data completeness,and improved the archival catalog to ensure data applicability.To standardize and promote the digital management of college graduates'archives,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design and solidify the responsibility for digital management of graduates'archives;to use information technology to promote the digital transformation of graduate archives management;to highlight source control and generate digital archives of native graduates;to pay attention to security control and ensure the security of graduate archives information.
