After the full-scale outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Chinese Navy suffered heavy losses,but the talent cultivation still persisted.By means of moving schools to other places,conducting short-term training for officers and sending personnel to study in strong naval powers in Europe and America,China cultivated a group of navy talents under extremely difficult circumstances,and made contributions to the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.However,there are also some problems such as small training scale and small number of talents,loss of talents in factional struggle and quality of training affected by restricted conditions.
