The development history of Kanto Bank is the process of the CPC building a new democratic financial cause in Lvshun and Dalian area.After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the CPC reorganized the chaotic financial system in Lvshun and Dalian area.The financial system in Lvshun and Dalian has gone through a process from the coexistence of three banks to the establishment of the Kanto Bank,and finally to the establishment of the Lvda Branch of the Northeast Bank.During this period,in order to resume economic construction,win the victory of the national liberation war,and improve people's lives,the CPC carried out monetary reform,deposit and loan and other business measures,explored the new democratic financial development path,and provided valuable experience for the development of the financial cause after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
