Logical Approach and Ideal Strategy of Smart Archives Construction from the Perspective of Generative AI
The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)tools and services such as ChatGPT has brought both opportunities and challenges to the construction of smart archives.Based on the perspective of generative AI,this paper explores the logical approach to the construction of smart archives from five dimensions,namely,building space environment of smart archives,upgrading service utilization,reconstructing business processes,and consolidating system construction.And it proposes ideal strategies to provide useful help and reference for generative AI technology to open a new era of smart archives in the future.
