Research on the Retention of College Graduates'Files and the Design of Informatized Prevention Mechanism
The retention of graduate files has its own concept,which can be divided into six categories from three perspectives.This paper summarizes the number and trend of graduate files retention,and explores the reasons for it.The fundamental reasons are the macro era and social economic changes;the policy reason is the launch of the"two-year retention"policy by the Ministry of Education;the direct reasons include insufficient number of files transferred during the graduation season,inadequate targeted school management measures,and insufficient awareness of graduate files.It introduces the design ideas and basis for informatized prevention mechanism to avoid archives retention.The main design content includes adding the option of"delayed transfer"(retention for two years),adding the upload of household registration book images,automatic comparison of new addresses and graduation materials,and adding the option of"retention expiration".When designing the prevention mechanism,it is important to pay attention to three points:whether to allow graduates who have already been employed to apply for file retention,how to ensure that all information transferred by graduates should be recorded,and consideration of whether to set up college review authority.
