Status Quo of Archival Awareness of College Students in Tibet and Its Cultivation Path
The performance of Tibetan college students'archival awareness directly reflects the quality of the development of archival work in colleges and the quality of personnel training in Tibet's higher education.Based on the investigation of Tibetan college students'archival cognition,archival experience,archival psychology,archival morality and other aspects,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of Tibetan college students'archival awareness and the reasons for its formation,and puts forward the strategies for cultivating archival awareness,which is of positive significance in establishing the standard of public archival awareness in Tibet and improving the comprehensive quality of college students.
