Analysis of the Current Situation of Overseas Chinese Archival Narratives Based on Structuralism
Archival narrative is an important way of developing and utilizing overseas Chinese archives,and the application of structuralism to the analysis of overseas Chinese archival narratives can further analyze the connection between different elements that exist in overseas Chinese archival narratives.By analyzing the relationship between the four main subjects:individual,event,group,and narrative sequence,the different situations existing in the narrative of overseas Chinese archives can be discovered.The current narrative of overseas Chinese archives should strengthen the construction of oral archives,identity,group rules,and narrative sequences,so as to make the narrative work of overseas Chinese archives more persuasive and influential.
