Application of Fine Management in the Archives Management of a Grade A Tertiary Hospital Based on"Internet+"
Objective:To explore the effect of fine management applied in the archives management of a Grade A tertiary hospital based on"Internet+".Method:Selecting 125 archives managed by conventional methods from March to June,2021 as the control group,selecting 125 archives with fine management based on"Internet+"from September to December,2022 as the observation group,comparing the accuracy,security and management effect of the two groups,conducting a questionnaire survey on 6 archives managers,and comparing the satisfaction of the two management modes.Results:The correct rate of archives management in the observation group is 96.00％,which is significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The loss rate and damage rate of archives in the observation group are lower than those in the control group,and the normalization degree of the archives logo and cleanliness of the archives room are higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of archives management in the observation group is 96.80％,which is significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the archives managers in the observation group is significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The fine management based on"Internet+"can improve the accuracy,security and management effect of archives management,and the satisfaction with archives managers is higher,which is worthy of application in the archives management of Grade A tertiary hospitals.
