The government office of Dasheng Ula,set up in Jilin in Qing Dynasty under the management of the Imperial Household Department, was specially responsible for gathering tributes especially local fishing and hunting for the imperial families. The Chief of Dasheng Ula was the third-rank official who was in charge of nearly 4,000 Dasheng people's affairs including harvesting, household registration and lawsuits in Ula area.Suihana took office in the ninth year of Qianlong(1744),and in the fifteenth year of Qianlong(1750),he was removed from his position because he could not fulfill his duty and even asked the imperial administration for money and foodstuff. The gathering of ginseng was stopped during Suihana's office.A few years after the dismissal, the selection ways of government officials were also adjusted.
