Problems and Countermeasures for Alumni Archives Construction in Local Universities
The paper,taking alumni archives construction in local universities as the research object,analyzes the problems in it,mainly including insufficient data collection and update,inadequate collaboration in data storage management,insufficient deep exploitation and utilization of data resources,inadequate data privacy and safety protection,and inadequate data digital construction.Hence,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the archives construction of local universities:giving play to the strengths of three types of main platforms to improve completion of the alumni archives data collection and upgrade,reinforcing the system construction of archives management team to promote the collaboration of alumni archives data storage management,strengthening the deep exploitation of alumni archives data to promote the comprehensive utilization of archival resources,strengthening the protection of privacy and safety of alumni archives data,and improving the digitization level of alumni archives data construction.
