Multi-dimensional Explanation of the Construction of Archives Management Standard System of New Energy Construction Projects
Under the national"double carbon"goals,energy development will tend to be clean and diversified,and China's renewable energy will achieve great-leap-forward development.Establishing and perfecting the standard system of archives management of new energy construction projects and promoting the high-quality development of new energy construction projects are not only the requirements of the new era of digital transformation and intelligent development,but also a strong guarantee to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of archives management standard system of new energy construction projects from four dimensions of systematicness,unity,applicability and timeliness.It is pointed out that the construction of archives management standard system of new energy construction projects should be carried out from the aspects of system layout,project advancement,innovation guidance and open cooperation.
