本研究探讨了档案检索工具在数字化档案馆环境下的功能与优势,分析了数字化档案馆、纸质检索工具与数字化检索工具的现状及挑战.研究表明,纸质检索工具在稳定性、触感体验、法律证据性等方面具有独特优势,而数字化检索工具则在高效率、便捷性、存储共享和多维度检索方面表现出色.针对两者特点,提出了应急、多渠道服务、用户培训与支持等方面的融合策略,旨在构建一个满足不同用户需求的综合档案检索服务体系,推动档案管理工作向更人性化、智能化和可持续化方向发展.
Abstract
This paper explores the functions and advantages of archives retrieval tools in the digital archives environment,and analyzes the current status and challenges of digital archives,paper retrieval tools and digital retrieval tools.Research has shown that paper retrieval tools have unique advantages in reliability,stability,tactile experience and legal evidence,while digital retrieval tools perform well in terms of efficiency,convenience,storage sharing,and multi-dimensional retrieval.Based on the characteristics of both,a fusion strategy has been proposed for emergency response,multi-channel services,user training and support,aiming to build a comprehensive archives retrieval service system that meets the needs of different users and promote the development of archives management towards a more humane,intelligent and sustainable direction.
