Current Situation and Optimization of Archives Digitization in Colleges and Universities in Hubei Province
Through the investigation of the traditional carrier archives digitization business of 45 colleges and universities in Hubei province,this paper analyzes the archival digitization planning,basic hardware and software equipment,talent team,digitization mode,quality inspection and connection,etc.,and reports the current situation of archives digitization business of colleges and universities in Hubei province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.At the same time,in view of the problems such as insufficient attention,shortage of talent team,imperfect standards,insufficient funds,and delayed updating and upgrading of basic equipment,specific countermeasures are proposed in three aspects:implementation mechanism,main role,and data fusion,in order to have certain reference and inspiration for promoting the comprehensive digital transformation process of university archives.
