Research on Quality Control Strategies for Archival Data in the Era of Big Data
The construction of archival data quality in the era of big data is of great significance.This article explores the connotation of archival data and quality control,and analyzes the influencing factors of archival data quality in the era of big data.Further establish a data-driven quality control process for archives from four aspects:strict control of workflow,mid-range control,verification and quality control of archive data,and data indexing and retrieval.Build a quality control path for archival data in the era of big data,establish a sound mechanism for archival data quality control,strengthen the quality control of archival data collection and input processes,and establish a mechanism for archival data quality training and awareness enhancement.Finally,it is pointed out that the key work of China's archives department in the era of big data is to improve the quality and control of archive data by implementing data-driven management,optimizing archive data structure,formulating and implementing relevant documents,and strengthening information archiving work on emerging publishing platforms,in order to better serve social development and people's needs.
