Compilation and Research Work on"Entropy Reduction"of Archives in the Context of"Double Carbon"Goals
In the era of cloud computing and big data, archival information faces significant challenges in management and delivering valuable content. To effectively integrate the"double carbon"goals with archival information, research and compilation of archives must consider how to achieve"entropy reduction"—that is,providing concise, orderly and valuable information. This paper proposes that new heights, depths, and dimensions must be achieved in topic selection, content, and writing style.Simultaneously,it explores how to effectively promote the"entropy reduction"compilation and research work of archives from three levels:improving management structure, formulating institutional process, and constructing incentive mechanism,to ensure the maximization of the value and continuous optimization of archival information.
