阁臣是对内阁大学士和内阁学士的统称.阁臣差遣在康雍乾三朝平定准噶尔叛乱过程中,为维护边疆稳定作出了重要贡献.康雍乾三帝挑选熟悉边疆事务和曾在边疆任职的阁臣前往边疆地区筹集军需、参与前线作战或直接督兵作战,促进了平叛的最终胜利.通过朝廷对阁臣的选择、阁臣差遣事务的考察,不仅能够管窥清前中期的用人政策,更有助于了解清代边疆治理策略.
Abstract
Cabinet minister is a general term for the grand bachelor of cabinet and the bachelor of cabinet.In the process of quelling the Zunghar rebellion in the Kangxi,Yongzheng and Qianlong periods,the dispatch of cabinet ministers made important contributions to maintaining the stability of the border area.The three emperors of Kangxi,Yongzheng and Qianlong selected ministers who were familiar with border affairs and had served in the border areas to collect military supplies,participate in front-line operations or directly supervise army operations,which contributed to the final victory of counterinsurgency.The investigation of the selection and dispatch of the cabinet ministers can not only show the employment policy in the early and middle Qing Dynasty,but also help to understand the border governance strategy of Qing Dynasty.
