摘要
本研究在回顾教育生态学和研究生学术素养相关研究的基础上,探讨了教育生态学在信息资源管理学科研究生学术素养培养中的价值与应用.然后从整体性、系统性和可持续性三个特征维度分析了教育生态学视域下信息资源管理学科研究生学术素养培养的价值导向,并基于此提出了发挥多主体协同合作的育人合力、完善多主体参与的资源支持体系、构建有机融通的生态化培养环节三个方面的培养策略,以期促进信息资源管理学科研究生学术素养的可持续提升.
Abstract
Based on the review of the research on educational ecology and academic literacy of postgraduates,this paper discusses the value and application of educational ecology in the cultivation of postgraduate academic literacy in information resource management discipline.Then,it analyzes the value orientation of the academic literacy cultivation of information resource management postgraduates from the perspective of educational ecology from three characteristic dimensions of wholeness,systematicness and sustainability.Based on this,it puts forward three cultivation strategies,namely,giving full play to the educational synergy of multi-subject cooperation,improving the resource support system of multi-subject participation,and constructing organic and integrated ecological cultivation links,in order to promote the sustainable improvement of the academic literacy of postgraduates in the discipline of information resource management.
