Opportunities and Challenges for the Information Resource Management from the Technological Revolution of ChatGPT
Since its launch on November 30,2022,ChatGPT has become the fastest-growing phenomenon level application in Internet history in terms of user number.ChatGPT's technological breakthrough in the field of artificial intelligence and its leading and exemplary influence have brought a technological revolution of paradigm significance to all walks of life.This paper objectively analyzes the overview,performance and functional evaluation of ChatGPT,and briefly discusses the opportunities and challenges from the perspective of ability building of practitioners in information resource management,resource organization and classification,information retrieval,intelligent consulting,knowledge service and so on.It also looks forward to the future of ChatGPT.
