Firstly,the significance of digital management of personnel archives in grass-roots public institutions are illustrated:orientating quickly and accurately,enhancing security,facilitating remote use,promoting management normalization and standardization,and reducing management cost.Secondly,the problems existing in the current digital management of personnel archives in grass-roots public institutions are analyzed:backward digital management facilities,insufficient technical abilities of digital management,incomplete quality supervision system,and information security risks.Finally,the optimization methods of digital management of personnel archives in grass-roots public institutions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the infrastructure construction,improving the technical abilities,strengthening the quality supervision system construction and establishing the security guarantee system.
