With the rapid development of information technology,archives management and utilization are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.This paper aims to design and implement a cross-institutional archives sharing platform to improve efficiency and promote information sharing and cooperation among institutions.It first analyzes the current problems in archives management and the design requirements of cross-institutional archives sharing platform.Then,it elaborates on the platform's design scheme,technical implementation and system testing.Finally,it summarizes the innovation points of the platform and looks forward to the future development direction.
