This paper first analyzes the connotation of access control,points out the importance of access control mechanism in the process of archives management,and finally explores the design and implementation of archives information sharing mechanism based on access control from three aspects:access control strategy formulation,user identity authentication and authorization management,and archives information encryption and transmission security.By constructing reasonable access control strategies,the security and sharing efficiency of archives information are ensured.
