摘要
本文对基于ChatGPT的国内外档案信息服务现状进行比较,采用SWOT分析法系统全面地分析ChatGPT背景下档案信息服务的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战,旨在探讨档案信息服务与ChatGPT融合发展的价值旨归,提出顶层设计方案,期冀促进档案信息服务的提质增效.
Abstract
This paper compares the status quo of archival information services based on ChatGPT at home and abroad,adopts the SWOT analysis method to systematically and comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of archival information services under the background of ChatGPT,aims to explore the value orientation of the integrated development of archival information services and ChatGPT,and proposes a top-level design to promote quality and efficiency in archival information services.
