The Multiple Functions of Color in Sculpture and Public Art Creation
This article explores the multiple functions of color in sculpture and public art creation.This paper first discusses the relationship between color,sculpture and basic elements of public art,and the integration of color and environment in sculpture and public art,mainly the integration of traditional color and modern light environment,and the integration of color with other indoor and outdoor environments.Finally,the analysis is carried out by combining the two examples of Juan Miro's sculpture Woman and Bird and the Brain Health Research Center in Las Vegas.It reveals the importance and influence of color in artistic creation.The purpose of this paper is to provide artists,designers and researchers with an in-depth understanding of the use of color and to promote their innovation and development in the field of sculpture and public art.
