With the rise of artificial intelligence,the digitization of images has become a prominent topic.Programming languages introduce specialized terms,namely color model,color space,and color profile,to describe the positioning of colors within the color spectrum.This study aims to investigate the challenges involved in selecting the optimal color model for digital image processing while analyzing the disparities among various color models.The study concludes that selecting the most suitable color model remains a significant challenge in the realm of color image processing.Design researchers are advised to meticulously evaluate the attributes of different color models and opt for the model that aligns with specific application scenarios and requirements.Furthermore,future trends may involve integrating artificial intelligence,big data,and interactive technologies to further enhance the application of color models.
