The application of color in paper-cut art is extremely extensive and diverse,paper-cut artists through the use of a variety of color skills,to add colorful visual effects for paper-cut works,to create a rich and colorful,full of artistic charm paper-cut works.And colors in different scenes and different regions of paper-cut art have different application way and expression form,not only reflect our country's traditional cultural connotation and aesthetic idea,but also display the diversity and innovation of paper-cut art.Therefore,in this paper,the author focuses on the application of color in paper-cut art,through the elaboration of its development origin,application forms and application characteristics,combined with the common colors and meanings in paper-cut art,summed up the application value of color in paper-cut art,and analyzed the application cases of color in paper-cut art in different regions.This paper probes into the application strategies of several colors in paper-cut art.
