摘要
细胞行为受到微环境中物理信号的调控,其中细胞外液(ECF)黏度作为一个重要的物理刺激,相关研究较少.近期研究表明:ECF黏度在调控与心血管相关疾病、炎症性疾病和癌症等多种疾病相关的细胞病理学过程中起关键作用.
Abstract
Cell behaviors are regulated by the physical cues in their microenvironment,where extracellular fluid(ECF)viscosity is an important yet relatively underexplored cue.Recent evidence indicates that ECF viscosity plays a critical role in regulating cellular processes with pathological relevance to various diseases,such as cardiovascular related diseases,inflammatory diseases,and cancer.
