Analysis of Key Protection Wildlife and Their Threat Factors Change in Baimaxueshan National Nature Reserve
To understand the wild animals and their living status in Baimaxueshan National Nature Reserve, 3 000 m length 17 fixed monitoring sample lines was laid, combined with random sample lines, regular and irregular use of the naked eye, telescope or after camera identification to monitor the animal species, density, distribution, population change and so on. Through analysis on 2006 to 2009 monitoring data, there are 15 species of state protection animals in the protected area. Among which there is a higher frequency of Yunnan snub-nosed monkey, blue sheep, serow, goral, etc. The main threat factors of wild animals are human activities and , natural disasters. The monitoring results show that the number of national key protected animals is rising in general in the protected areas such as Yunnan snub-nosed monkey.
