Variation Law of Nutrient and Endogenous Hormones Content in Leaves of Olea europaea at Flower Bud Differentiation Stage
In order to study the variation law of nutrients and endogenous hormone in leaves of Olea europaea at flower bud differentiation,three varieties of Ascolana tenera,Fratonio and picual are chose as the test material.The content of soluble sugar,starch,shedding acid and gibberellin in leaves of Olea europaea at different stages of flower bud differentiation are measured and analyzed.The results show that soluble sugar and starch are material basis,at flower bud differentiation nutrients are provided mainly by soluble sugar,and starch provides energy supplement.Shedding acid can promote flower bud differentiation,so does low level gibberellin.
