红河州林木良种推广使用现状及发展对策

摘要
介绍红河州林木良种基地建设现状及良种使用情况.分析存在的问题:对林木良种使用的重要性认识不足;良种使用率不高;良种基地资金投入不足;基地经营管理水平不高;良种与良法不配套.提出加大对良种的宣传力度,完善政策扶持,加大对良种基地管理,强化良种造林,建立良种推广跟踪管理机制等对策.
Abstract
The current situation of forest tree improved cultivar base construction and the application status of improved cultivars were introduced.The existing problems were analyzed as insufficient understand on the importance of improved cultivar;low percentage of improved cultivar used;fund shortage in the construction of improved cultivar base construction,low management technology in improved cultivar base,mismatch between improved cultivars and advanced technology and methods.Some strategies such as promoting the ideas of the importance of improved cultivar,improving the policy support,strengthening the management on improved cultivar base,motivating the afforestation with improved cultivar and establishing the trace management mechanism were put forward.
