基于高通量测序技术的大连童牛岭风景区土壤真菌群落特征研究

为了解大连市童牛岭风景区土壤真菌多样性及其功能区的变化趋势,采用多点取样法,在景区几个代表性功能区收集土壤样品,利用高通量测序技术对土壤真菌进行检测.结果表明,此次分析土壤真菌包括9 个门,33 个纲,82 个目,170 个科,312 个属,407 个种.景区土壤真菌多样性在多种因素的综合影响下,不同功能区之间均表现出明显的差异,总的趋势是人流量较少区域最高,路旁草地次之.
Characteristics of Soil Fungal Community in Tongniuling Scenic Spot of Dalian Based on High-throughput Sequencing Technology
The aim of this study was to understand the variation trend of soil fungal diversity and function-al areas in Tongniuling Scenic Spot of Dalian City.Multi-point sampling method was used to collect soil samples from several representative functional areas of the scenic spot,and high-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect soil fungi.The results showed that the soil fungi included 407 species,312 genera,170 families,82 orders,33 classes and 9 phyla.Under the comprehensive influence of various factors,the diversity of soil fungi in scenic areas showed significant differences among different functional areas,and the general trend was the highest in areas with less human flow,followed by roadside grassland.
