Research Progress of Urban Public Spatial Vitality in China Based on CiteSpace
Urban public space is an important place for urban residents to conduct public communication activities.The study of spatial vitality is of great significance to the development of future cities.Based on the 456 domestic urban public spatial vitality research documents collected by CNKI from 1997 to 2021,CiteSpace software was used to draw a knowledge map,the current research status of domestic urban spa-tial vitality was visually analyzed from the perspective of the author,the institution and the keywords.The research results showed that urban vitality,vitality construction,and vitality measurement were currently hotspots in the field of urban spatial vitality research;the scale of spatial vitality research shifted from macro to micro,and research methods shifted from qualitative to quantitative;the study scale gradually shifted from an early macro perspective to micro perspective,the research focused more on specific details and the own material environment;the evaluation methods for vitality should be further improved,and re-lated research on spatial creation strategies should be further deepened.
