Characteristics of Populus euphratica Community of Mulei in Forest Ecological Environment of Xinjiang
The diversity characteristics and the similarity trend of Populus euphratica communities in for-estry ecological environment were studied. The structure and dynamic characteristics of Populus euphrati-ca forests were analyzed through logarithmic individual numbers and instability rates. The results showed that in the diversity characteristics, the richness of Populus euphratica communities near the boundary points in the midstream and downstream areas was the largest, while the richness in the midstream regions was the smallest;before ecological water transfer, the evenness index of Populus euphratica communities was the smallest in the downstream areas but was the largest in the midstream areas, while after ecological water transfer, the evenness index was the largest near the boundary points in the midstream and down-stream areas but was the smallest in the downstream areas;the species diversity after ecological water transfer was higher than that before ecological water transfer, and the species diversity in downstream are-as was less affected by ecological water transfer;in the similarity characteristics, the variation trends of Jaccard index and Sorenson index in different regions were similar;in the structure and dynamic charac-teristics,the number of Populus euphratica communities in the upstream area was relatively large, and the number of individuals was inversely proportional to the height level.
