腾冲市沙坝国有林场森林生态文化服务产品价值实现探究

摘要
国有林场是探索实践生态产品价值实现的主战场之一.研究国有林场生态产品价值实现路径、模式,对促进国有林场将生态优势转化为经济优势、深化国有林场改革,促进社会经济绿色高质量发展具有重要意义.通过对腾冲市沙坝国有林场森林生态文化服务产品价值实现现状、困境进行分析,提出建立健全森林生态产品价值评估体系,完善并落实用地保障政策,挖掘自身特色,强化品牌打造宣传,加强专业人才培养等建议.
Abstract
State-owned forest farms are one of the main battlefields for exploring and practicing the value realization of ecological products.Researching on the route and mode of realizing value of ecological prod-ucts in state-owned forest farms is of great significance to promote the transformation of ecological advanta-ges into economic advantages of forest farms,deepen the reform of state-owned forest farms,and promote green and high-quality social and economic development.Through the analysis of the current situation and dilemma of the value realization of forest ecological and cultural service products in Shaba State-owned For-est Farm of Tengchong City,this paper suggested to establish and improve the value assessment system of forest ecological products,improve and implement land use guarantee policies,explore the own character-istics and intensify brand building and publicity,and strengthen the training of professional personnel.
