摘要
借补官出现在北宋末年战争时期,是诸军将帅或监司郡守等用白帖临时为有功之人补官的一种权宜之制.借补入官者主要是平民百姓和低级军官,他们通过战争时期的特殊入官方式成为官员.借补官虽然只是一种"临时"官职,但也有着一套比较规范的授官程序和严格的付身文书规定.借补官之所以在南宋能够成为定制,与当时处于特殊的"战时状态"有着一定的关联.
Abstract
The practice of Jiebu officials,appearing during the war period at the end of the Northern Song Dynasty,was a kind of expedient system in which some"white"posts were offered by the generals and commanders of the ar-mies or the supervisors and county guards to make up the officials for the meritorious people temporarily.Those who joined the government officials were mainly civilians and low-ranking officers,promoted through the special way in the wartime.The practice of Jiebu officials,though only a"temporary"official position,contained a set of relatively standardized procedures for the award of the official and strict payment of the body of the document provisions.It turned out a certain correlation between Jiebu officials being customized and the special"wartime state"in the Southern Song Dynasty.
