行政生态模式演进与现代化相互推进路径研究

摘要
行政生态学认为融合、棱柱和衍射这三种行政生态模式分别与农业社会、过渡社会和工业社会相对应.当今世界已经由工业社会演进至数字社会,行政生态模式也随之由衍射型演进为重聚型.行政生态模式演进与现代化交替发挥作用会催生相互推进状态,这种状态的应然逻辑根源于经济要素、社会要素、沟通网络、符号系统与政治构架的演进,与现代化具有明显的相互作用.
Abstract
According to administrative ecology,the administrative ecological models of integration prism and diffrac-tion are in correspondence with agricultural society,transitional society and industrial society.With the transforma-tion from industrial society into digital society,the administrative ecological model has evolved into a reunited mod-el.The alternating effect of the evolution and modernization of administrative ecological models will give rise to a state of interactive propulsion.The logical root of this state lies in the obvious interaction between the evolution and modernization of economic factors,social factors,communication networks,symbol systems,and political structures.Focusing on the five elements of administrative ecology can strengthen the"tug-of-war"state of the evo-lution and modernization of administrative ecological models.
