应用型、实践型人才的培养是当今教育领域的重要课题之一,ERP沙盘作为一门将理论与实践相结合的课程,为高校人才培养提供了新途径.立足ERP沙盘课程现状,分析教学过程中存在的典型问题,提出"学生角色中心化、教学模式规范化、评价方式多元化、反思复盘常态化"的解决思路,以促进沙盘教学的完善与发展.
On the Four Measures Taken to Construct a New ERP Sand-table Course Teaching System
Strengthening the cultivation of applied and practical talents is one of the important issues in today's edu-cation field.The ERP sand table,a course that combines theoretical knowledge with practical operations,provides new ideas and approaches for the cultivation of comprehensive talents in universities.Based on the current develop-ment of ERP sand table courses,this article analyzes four typical problems in the teaching process and proposes so-lutions such as"centralizing the role of students,standardizing the model of teaching,diversifying the methods of evaluation,and normalizing reflection and review",aiming to further promote the development and perfection of sand table teaching.
