A Research on the Application of Block Chain Electronic Evidence in Civil Litigation
The block-chain electronic evidence has an immeasurable application prospect in civil litigation,howev-er,the legal interpretation of the application of block chain electronic evidence in the civil procedure law is not per-fect.There are some problems in the deposit,preservation and authentication of electronic evidence.In response,this paper discusses and proposes to strengthen the authenticity guarantee of electronic evidence before deposit,strengthen the top-level design of block chain electronic evidence platform,improve the electronic evidence preser-vation mechanism of notary institutions,clarify and expand the preservation responsibilities of third-party block chain deposit platform,enforce the dual recognition of the authenticity of block chain electronic evidence and carri-er,and improve the supervision system of expert assistants of block chain electronic evidence so as to enhance the standardization level of the application of block chain electronic evidence in civil litigation.
