数字化转型下社会责任对物流企业绩效的实证研究

摘要
基于物流企业与社会责任间的关联性,选取能够代表社会责任的指标因子,设立指标体系,对指标中的变量因子进行定义.以某上市物流企业 2019~2023 年企业绩效等面板数据作为研究对象,结合各控制变量的信度与中介效应因子构建企业绩效模型,研究企业实际发展情况,考虑在数字转型的大背景下,社会责任对物流企业绩效的具体影响机制,并进行实证研究.研究结果表明,社会责任中的员工保护权益、客户保护权益和环境权益 3 个变量均对物流企业的绩效存在积极的正向关系,提出加强员工权益保护、提升客户服务质量、积极履行环保责任等建议.
Abstract
Based on the correlation between logistics enterprises and social responsibility,this paper,selecting indi-cator factors that can characterize social responsibility,establishes an indicator system.The variable factors in the indicators are defined,and panel data on the enterprise performance of a listed logistics enterprise from 2019 to 2023 are used as the research object,combining the reliability of various control variables and mediating effect fac-tors to construct a corporate performance model and investigate the actual development situation of enterprises.An empirical study is conducted on the specific impact mechanism of social responsibility on logistics enterprise per-formance in the context of digital transformation.As the study results indicate,the three variables of employee pro-tection rights,customer protection rights,and environmental rights in social responsibility all have a positive influ-ence on the performance of logistics enterprises.In response,proposals are put forward as to further guarantee of employees'rights,improvements of service and positive role in environmental protection.
