On Pushing Forward the Progress of Military-Civilian Integration Industry
The integration of military-civilian enterprises is a major strategic decision and an important deployment of China and also a significant action to realize the coordinated growth of national defense construction and economic development.Overall allocation of military and civilian resources and stimulating the enthusiasm of"converting mil-itary-oriented enterprises to civilian production"or"civilian enterprises joining in military production",both can improve the efficiency of resource use and enhance market vitality.This paper puts forward some suggestions so as to push forward the development of military-civilian integration industry by promoting open innovation,making bet-ter the systems and mechanisms,and improving the environment for industrial development.
