"1+X"复合型音乐表演人才培养模式是适应当前区域经济社会发展对高素质复合型音乐表演人才的实际需求,以"新文科"建设理念为根本指导思想,强调跨学科融合发展,对地方本科院校音乐表演专业现有的课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、培养制度、评价制度等进行改革创新,而构建的一套人才培养模式.这一人才培养模式强调对学生专业能力和素质的综合培养,要求学生不仅要精通本专业的知识和技能,还要学习掌握与本职工作密切相关的专业技术,以适应社会多方面的工作要求.
On the Exploration and Practice of the"1+X"Training Mode Construction of Compound Music Performance Talents in Local Universities Under the Background of"New Liberal Arts"
The"1+X"training mode of compound music performance talents,adapting to the actual demand for high-quality composite music performance talents in the current regional economic and social development,attaches great importance to the interdisciplinary integration and development with the"new liberal arts"construc-tion concept as the fundamental guiding ideology,exploring reform and innovation in the existing curriculum sys-tem,teaching content,teaching methods,training systems,evaluation systems,etc.of music performance majors in local undergraduate colleges.The"1+X"composite talent cultivation mode emphasizes the comprehensive culti-vation of students' professional abilities and qualities,requiring them not only to take in major knowledge and skills,but also to learn and master professional technologies closely related to their job,in order to adapt to the di-verse job requirements in society.
