On the Revolutionary Practice and Historical Role of the Yanshi Underground Party of CPC
The Yanshi underground party of CPC developed against the background of cooperation and struggle be-tween the Kuomintang and the Communist Party and had different characteristics in different periods under the in-fluence of the current situation.During the period of the Agrarian Revolutionary War,the Yanshi underground party accumulated strength through covert struggle and maintained the flame of revolution.In the early days of the Resist-ance War Against Japanese Aggression,the Yanshi underground party vigorously expanded its organizational strength and political influence and strongly supported anti-Japanese salvation.In the face of the anti-communist upsurge of the Kuomintang,the Yanshi underground party organization transferred its members in an orderly man-ner,which better prevented the loss of revolutionary forces.The revolutionary activities of the Yanshi underground party also laid the mass foundation for the establishment of the anti-Japanese base area in western Henan Province.The revolutionary practice of the Yanshi underground party is a part of the revolutionary practice of the Communist Party of China in Luoyang and plays a historical role in the revolutionary history of the Communist Party of China in the Luoyang area.
