In the digital era,promoting rural digital governance is the basic way to improve the modernization of ru-ral governance,and it is also the guarantee for achieving high-quality economic and social development in rural are-as.Taking Henan Province as an Example,creative explorations have been made around digital technology empow-ering rural governance,and some practical experiences have been obtained.However,it should also be noted that the promotion of rural digital governance still faces constraints in terms of concept cognition,mechanism construc-tion,and action capacity.It is necessary to accelerate the improvement of the rural digital governance mechanism under the leadership of Party organizations,improve the digital literacy and ability of rural governance subjects,im-prove the guarantee system for rural governance empowered by digital technology,and constantly deepen the cou-pling of"digital technology"and"governance actions"in rural governance.
