With the data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from the year of 2011 to 2021 and the use of the dual fixed effect model,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of digital transformation on enterprises' green technology innovation.The results show that digital transformation can significantly promote enterprises'green technology innovation by optimizing enterprises' resource allocation and increasing enterprises'external financing constraints.And digital transformation is found to have a more significant promoting effect on state-owned enterprises,the secondary and tertiary industrial enterprises,and enterprises in the eastern region.Fur-ther research indicates that ESG plays a negative regulating role in the promotion of green technology innovation by digital transformation.
