实践教学是学前教育专业课程体系中的重要组成部分.研究性教学是推进学前教育专业高质量发展的一个有效途径.学前教育专业实践教学存在教师缺少研究性教学、实践教学主体缺乏研究性创新等现实困境.研究性教学与学前教育专业实践教学的嵌入点在于以反思来促进问题的发现、及时关注学前教育前沿问题、以基地建设促进合作交流和打造高水准的专业教师团队.要从发掘实践教学的"研究性"特性、新视角看待和研究教学、提高实习基地质量、构建"双师型"研究性教师团队入手,探索学前教育专业实践教学的改革发展新路径.
Exploring the Research-oriented Teaching of Practical Course for Preschool Education Major
The practical course is an important part of the curriculum system of the preschool education major and research-based teaching is the effective way to push forward the high quality development of preschool education.But there exist dilemmas in the practical course of the major,for example,teaching staff lacking research-teaching practice and experiences,practical teaching subjects short of innovativeness,etc.Research-based teaching has a high degree of convergence with practical teaching for the preschool education majors,in guiding the discovery of problems through reflections,attention paid to the research of frontier issues in preschool education major in a time-ly manner,promoting cooperation and exchange through practical teaching base construction and establishing a team of high-level professionals.Therefore,in order to explore new paths for the development and teaching reform in the major of preschool education,it is necessary to better exploit the research characteristics of practical teach-ing,to view and study teaching from a new perspective,to improve the quality of the practical teaching base and build a team of"double-qualified"research-based teachers.
