Analysis of factors affecting the quality of green tea in Shandong
Shandong is northern high-quality tea production area with the highest latitude and largest area in China.Shandong green tea has a pure and rich chestnut aroma,a mellow and rich taste,and a good aftertaste.However,Shandong green tea has problems such as non green tea soup,heavy bitterness and astringency,the significantly lower tea production in Shandong than in the south.According to the characteristics of Shandong tea,this article analyzed the causes of the unique quality of Shandong green tea from the perspectives of latitude,climate,cultivation methods,processing technology,and proposed development suggestions to improve the quality and production of Shandong green tea.
